On September 2006 the company was converted into a Public Limited Company after its registration with the Ministry of Industry and Trade under the number 415 with a paid up capital of JOD 5,000,000. On February, 2009 the company’s paid up capital was raised to JOD 7,000,000 through distributing 2,000,000 bonus shares to shareholders.
